Automated storage and order picking warehouse
Our building system is frequently used as a framework for automated warehouse and industrial applications. This includes pocket/pouch sorting systems, conveyor and sorting technology or other transportation systems. Our building system is also extremely suitable for Goods-On-Hangers (GOH) systems. Each project is designed, produced and installed to fit the needs of the system.

Sorting center
Our structures are ideal for supporting automation technology in logistics and industrial warehouses such as (shoe) sorters and conveyor belts. Not only is our system ideal for supporting various systems and machines, but also for accessibility for maintenance. Work areas for operating the systems can also be created on the floor structure. Our design method therefore ensures that the structure can be applied flexibly and that the accessibility and safety of your employees are taken into account.

Sorting center
With the rise of automation in logistics and industrial settings, buildings are becoming increasingly crowded with moving machinery and conveyor belts, posing potential safety hazards. We design structures that ensure safe accessibility and escape routes to and from all building components. Our structure can also be used to reach machinery and system parts for maintenance. Examples include catwalks, bridge structures, step-overs, fly-overs and landings.

Pouch sorter opslag en sortering
Projects often require a combination of warehouse floors, system support and accessibility of building components. Thanks to years of experience, Anera is a good partner for a complex tailor-made solution. Because we produce our entire product ourselves and are therefore not dependent on suppliers, we can offer you the best quality, a reliable delivery time and fast support. To make this possible, we have an office with highly qualified engineers, a construction workshop for producing welded parts, a rolling line for rolling our profiles and a painting line for coating the parts.

Storage and sorting system with AMRs on mezzanine
In Hunkemöller’s new distribution center, we have built a two-layer, completely free-standing mezzanine floor in collaboration with an automation company. Static storage and workstations have been built on the first floor (manual). On the second floor, 160 AMR robots with goods-to-person racks on their backs drive around that bring the goods to the people. This for optimal storage capacity and efficient and ergonomic order picking of products.
