1. What personal data do we process?
Anera B.V. may process personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided it to us yourself when filling out a contact form. By using these services, you consent to the processing of your personal data. Anera B.V. may process the following personal data about you:
- First and last name
- Business address data
- Phone number
- Email address
- IP address
2. Does Anera B.V. also process special personal data?
Special personal data is sensitive data; for example, about health, religion, criminal history or country of birth. Anera B.V., as processor responsible, does not process any special personal data. However, Anera B.V. may process special personal data as a processor of data of its customers (the processors). This is then specifically included in the processor agreement with that customer.

With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

If you want to know whether all personal data Anera B.V. holds about you is correct, you can ask us to send you a summary of that data. If you believe the data is incorrect, incomplete or redundant, you can ask us to change, supplement or delete it. You may send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to us using the contact information listed in Section 9. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within 4 weeks. You also have the right to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority. You can do this on the website of the Personal Data Authority.
8. The use of cookies
Javascripts; these allow your browser to collect information. This information is then converted into;
