Anera B.V., Anera Export B.V. and Walsstreet B.V.,hereinafter referred to as Anera B.V., is aware that appropriate processing of personal data is an indispensable aspect of privacy law. To ensure this right, you can find out what happens to your data in this statement. Anera B.V.’s conduct is of course in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, which has been in force since May 2018

1. What personal data do we process?

Anera B.V. may process personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided it to us yourself when filling out a contact form. By using these services, you consent to the processing of your personal data. Anera B.V. may process the following personal data about you:

First and last name
Business address data
Phone number
Email address
IP address

2. Does Anera B.V. also process special personal data?

Special personal data is sensitive data; for example, about health, religion, criminal history or country of birth. Anera B.V., as processor responsible, does not process any special personal data. However, Anera B.V. may process special personal data as a processor of data of its customers (the processors). This is then specifically included in the processor agreement with that customer.

3. For what purpose do we process your data?

Anera B.V. processes your data for the following purposes:

To inform you about our products and services;
For handling payments;
To deliver and perform goods and services to you;
To prepare and follow up on bids;
A legal obligation to keep certain records

4. How do we protect your privacy?

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. That’s why our systems and programs are secure. We have procedures to ensure that persons who are not authorized do not have access to your data. 5. How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep personal data carefully and no longer than is necessary for realization of the purposes for which they were provided to us.

6. Providing personal data to third parties

We provide your personal data to third parties only when necessary for the performance of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

7. Your privacy rights

If you want to know whether all personal data Anera B.V. holds about you is correct, you can ask us to send you a summary of that data. If you believe the data is incorrect, incomplete or redundant, you can ask us to change, supplement or delete it. You may send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to us using the contact information listed in Section 9. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within 4 weeks. You also have the right to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority. You can do this on the website of the Personal Data Authority.

8. The use of cookies

Anera B.V. uses:
Javascripts; these allow your browser to collect information. This information is then converted into;
Cookies; these are small files containing information about (among other things) your browsing habits that are stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit our website. There are three types of cookies, namely “functional cookies,” “analytics” and “tracking cookies.”
Functional cookies ensure that our website works properly and that, for example, your preference settings are remembered. In addition, we collect statistics (analytics) from the users of our website.
